Taliban Seize Weapons, Military Equipment Depots in Kabul, Sar-e-Pul

Sources suggest that such seizures are more common in areas dominated by Tajiks so that the Taliban can curb anti-group sentiments. In fact, this past week, the Taliban had launched a surveillance programme, according to which, citizens in Kabul have to install security cameras at their homes.
