International Criminal Court Prosecutor Seeks Arrest Warrants For Israeli & Hamas Leaders

The International Criminal Court's prosecutor has requested arrest warrants for the Prime Minister of Israel, the country's Minister of Defence, and high-ranking Hamas leaders.

Benjamin Netanyahu, Yoav Gallant, Yahya Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh, and Mohammed Deif have been accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The prosecutor's office declared, based on the gathered and reviewed evidence, there are reasonable grounds to believe that Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, and Yoav Gallant, the Minister of Defence, are criminally responsible for war crimes.
